“The only constant in the world is change.”

– Heraclitus

How can a team adapt quickly to the waves of change we are experiencing today?

| What is LEAP Team?

LEAP TEAM is a 2-6 month team coaching program designed to build trust, team culture and massively improve team performance.

It is 100% focused on achieving measurable results and starts with a complimentary team diagnostic called LEAP Shot where we identify team weaknesses as well as the habits which are holding the team back. Following the diagnostic, 4-12 team coaching sessions are carried out with participants, where we focus on developing the team’s purpose, overcoming existing beliefs and building trust – which is the foundation for successful teamwork.

At the end of the program, another LEAP Shot diagnostic is done so we can assess how the team has improved over time and your company can evaluate its return on investment (ROI).

What will you achieve with LEAP TEAM?

  • Accepting failure as learning
  • Encourage self-management among employees
  • Take more responsibility and be bolder
  • Increase equipment productivity by up to 53%
  • Know the gaps, challenges and strengths of your team
  • To have a team more committed to the company that cares about its employees

| How LEAP Team works?

1. LEAP Shot Diagnostic

Our LEAP Shot diagnostic obtains information on Understanding, Flow and Observation. It’s a 36-question assessment that asks each team member to evaluate how the team understands each other, how they work as a team,  how they function or “flow” when faced with challenges (level of collaboration) and how they observe themselves from the outside.

2. Team coaching sessions

We conduct 4 or more team coaching sessions of 90 – 120 minutes (with breaks) with team members, moderated by a certified LEAP coach where we cover topics such as:

  • Purpose
  • Challenges
  • Motivation
  • Communication
  • Objectives

3. Dynamic activities

Each team is different, so each LEAP Team is unique. We focus on building a program tailored to the needs of the team to address weaknesses, identify strengths and build trust, using tools to help them overcome their challenges and habits. Activities will vary but can include direct team interventions, team shadowing (meetings), interactive exercises, readings, videos and experiential activities (when possible).

Why LEAP TEAM?

Business Oriented

Leverages established coach practices including Co-Active® and ORSC® team coaching practices aimed at Clarifying, Deciding, Sharing and taking Action.

Measurable

With our LEAP Shot assessment, you can evaluate the team before and after the program to ensure you’re maximizing your ROI.

Effective

Instead of carrying out ineffective one-off workshops and trainings, LEAP team focuses on developing team purpose and long term habits to ensure continuity.

Affordable

More affordable investment than 1-1 coaching

| How can we continue to develop our teams?

LEAP

Together

Large organizations like Google, The San Antonio Spurs (5 times NBA champion) and US Navy Seals are not defined by their results, but by their cultures. Culture is a set of beliefs, values and behaviors that help define how organizations work.

LEAP Culture

LEAP Culture is an intensive 6-month program designed to change your organization by combining 1-1 Performance Coaching for leaders and executives with a series of 6 3-hour “LEAP Together” workshops that bring Silicon Valley best practices to the teams those executives lead.
